Please sync gperiodic (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* The desktop file cleanup is now in the new upstream release, which Debian now has.

Changelog since current gutsy version 2.0.7-5ubuntu1:

gperiodic (2.0.9-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release 2.0.9.
    - Upstream applied almost all patches from our Debian package. Thanks to
    Jonas Frantz.

gperiodic (2.0.8-1) UNRELEASED; urgency=low

  * debian/gperiodic.1: Reordered some stuff a bit and (IMHO) improved
    formatting. Fixed lintian warning about hyphen usage.
  * debian/rules: Improved and adjusted (using dpatch, using the Makefile
    installation process, ...).
  * debian/patches/01_fix_installation_permissions.dpatch: Added.
    - Makefile: Fix file permissions directly.
  * debian/patches/02_fix_desktop_file_validness.dpatch: Added.
    - gperiodic.desktop: Fix errors and warnings print by
      desktop-file-validate.
  * debian/patches/10_fix_bug_234567_endless_loop.dpatch: Added. See 2.0.7-2.
