Please sync nexuiz 2.3-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Rationale:
    Ubuntu changes are limited to rebuilds and failed libcurl transition
    New Debian revision includes libcurl transition completely
    New Debian revision compiles successfully against updated gutsy libcurl
    New Debian revision, compiled as above, installs successfully in current gutsy

Additional Debian changelog:

nexuiz (2.3-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Revert dlopen() dependency on libcurl4 back to libcurl3 for transition
    (Closes: #430737)
  * Added myself to Uploaders. :)
