[Bug 124108] Backport ktorrent 2.2-0ubuntu1

Public bug reported:

KTorrent 2.2 was released and is now in Gutsy. I've been working with
upstream testing the entire KTorrent 2.2 series with Ubuntu packaging,
and it works great. I've tested the packages on Dapper, Edgy, and Feisty
and it works great with Gutsy packaging. The new version provides a deal
of great performance, and UI improvements.
