Role account for ubuntu-archive on rookery

Hi,

could we please have a role account for ubuntu-archive on rookery?
There is currently a certain amount of archive-y bits published in
various home directories there.  It would be better for users to only
look for the information in one place as well as not having to change
URLs if responsibilities change.

The people needing passwordless sudo access to it would be the members
of https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-archive , so adconrad, cjwatson,
pitti, mdz, keybuk, tfheen.
