It's a new package

pam-keyring (0.0.8-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Initial release (Closes: #402500)
     - debian/patches/01compat.diff: Fix FTBFS in src/compat.{c,h}.
     - debian/patches/02pam_keyring.diff: Fix FTBFS in src/pam_keyring.c. 
     - debian/patches/03makefile.diff: Change localtion of pam-keyring-tool and link against libpam.
