Hey,

I have been in contact with Murrine's upstream. They have opted to release 
Murrine under the full GPL and removed the headers off of all the source 
files. 

Also, my MOTU sponsor uploaded the wrong version of the package off of REVU 
and then reuploaded the correct one. Please remove/reject/disregard the first 
upload of Murrine and examine the second.
