thunar-volman-plugin rejectd

Hi,

I have just rejected your thunar-volman-plugin upload due to the
following problems:

- thunar-volman/xfce-{heading,titled-dialog}.[ch] is under the LGPL,
  but there is no copy of the LGPL in the orig.tar.gz

- debian/copyright does not list the fact that
  thunar-volman/xfce-{heading,titled-dialog}.[ch] is under the LGPL

- configure.in says «all rights reserved» which means we are not
  allowed to redistribute it, which makes the package non-free.

Please get those problems fixed and upload again.
