dvd95 rejected

Hi,

I have just rejected your dvd95 upload for two reasons:

- It ships a file src/cputest.h which is under the LGPL, but there is
  no copy of the LGPL in the orig.tar.gz.

- It ships a complete copy of dvdauthor instead of using the dvdauthor
  package which already is in Ubuntu.

Please fix those two issues and reupload.
