Please sync libapache-mod-rpaf (0.5-2.1) from Debian unstable (main).

The package has no Ubuntu changes.

The package builds cleanly in a feisty pbuilder.

   * Updated the dependency of libapache2-mod-suphp to apache2.2-common.

     build time.
