New printer driver packages: pxljr, m2300w, epsoneplijs

Hi,

I have debianized some printer drivers which are neither part of Debian 
nor of Ubuntu. With this I want to solve problems like shown in

The drivers are:

pxljr: HP's JetReady color laser printers: Color LaserJet 35xx/36xx
m2300w: Minolta's magicolor W series color laser printers
epsoneplijs: Epson's EPL "L" laser printers

They are all listed on www.openprinting.org (former linuxprinting.org), 
there you can also see the lists of supported printer models.
