klavaro rejected

Hi,

I just rejected your package klavar because of a couple of issues:

- Some files in the package are under the LGPL, but there is no copy of 
the LGPL in the orig.tar.gz.  This needs to be fixed.

- There is no author or copyright information for the data files; are 
those written by the author of klavaro or somebody else and if so whom?

(The last point is a somewhat less important point than the first one, 
the first one needs to be fixed before accepting the package into Ubuntu).
