Binary package hint: ttf-dejavu

please sync 2.13-1 from unstable for Herd2, correcting the TTFWidth
attribute of the condensed fonts.

ttf-dejavu (2.13-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream version available (Closes: #402744)
  * Make the package "team-maintained"; add real names (including self) to
    uploaders
  * Remove debian/patches
  * Bump Build-Depends on debhelper to 4.2.0
  * debian/ttf-dejavu.defoma-hints: remove "-Condensed" suffix from
    Family. Thanks to Eugeniy Meshcheryakov.
