gfaim rejected

Hi,

I've rejected gfaim, it has multiple problems:

- it ships binaries in the orig.tar.gz, please don't do that.

- there is no debian/copyright file, there's a gfaim-data.copyright,
  but the copyright file should be common to the whole source.  Also,
  it does not describe the copyright of the source, just the data.

- legal.txt in the source package is in French.  While Ubuntu supports
  i18n and l10n, we do not do that for licence texts.  Please acquire
  an english licence text from upstream and upload again.

You might also consider whether uploading a new package which is using
GTK 1.x is the right thing, GTK 2 has been out for ages and ages.  I'm
not going to reject it because of that, but you might want to ask
yourself if you want to maintain something using so old technology.
