[Bug 87415] Request UVF exception

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mailody

We released 0.4.1, a bugfix release to 0.4.0 and we would request Feisty to upgrade to that version.  The upgrade is needed for several reasons:
- working with tabs is very crash sensitive, we made it _a lot_ more stable
- the pull down with recent adressess  could  result in an never ending looping, freezing mailody and possibly hanging KDE...
- international characters in folders was not supported, fixes bug

please note that this last fix, resulted in a big chunk of code added to
imap.cpp. You can see that in the diffstat. This code is taken from
KDE/3.5/kdepim/kioslaves/imap4/rfcdecoder.cc (used by kmail for
example), so that part is well tested.
