Hi,
please sync  texlive-lang 2005.dfsg.2-3 from debian/unstable (main). This only fixes one RC bug, there are no Ubuntu changes present. It's currently on incoming.

New Debian changelog:
texlive-lang (2005.dfsg.2-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Do no longer install /usr/bin/platex a customized polish LaTeX format,
    and its manpage.  The name is also used by the ptex-bin package, hence
    this closes: #411969.
  * Document the change in texlive-lang-polish's NEWS.Debian
