  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Remove debian/postinst and debian/postrm in favor of dh_installinfo.
  * debian/emacsen-remove debian/emacsen-install:
    + Add emacs-snapshot.
  * debian/control:
    + Update debconf version.
    + Add emacs-snapshot to Depends. Closes: #403152.
    + Update Standards-Version.
      - Move unecessary packages from Build-Depends to 
        Build-Depends-Indep.
  * debian/copyright:
    + Update the FSF address.
    + Now refer to common license file. Closes: #245826.
