Changelog since current feisty version 4.0.425-3:

roxen4 (4.0.425-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Weekly cron script script should fail gracefully if /usr/share/roxen4/start
    can't be found.
    Closes: #399347
  * Really fix noninteractive bugs by not executing setup script if server name,
    admin user/password or server URL is missing.
    - Note in README.debian how to setup roxen manually.
    Closes: #386442, #398212
