Rejecting videomanager upload

Hi Lionel,

I had to reject your upload of 'videomanager' to Ubuntu because the
orig.tar.gz does not have a file with the license (in this case, a
file COPYING with the GPL). This renders the non-Python files (glade,
png, etc.) entirely undistributable. Even the Python source code bits
need a GPL copy.

Please ask upstream to add the license to their tarball and reupload
again (same version number is fine).
