   * Set urgency to high to fix RC bug.
   * debian/control:
     - Added dependency on tetex-bin instead of tetex-base.
     (Closes: #409397).
     - Added alternative dependency on texlive-base-bin to support
     TeXLive. (Closes: #357201).
