[Bug 178519] Please sync me-tv 0.4.19-1 from Debian unstable

Public bug reported:

me-tv cleared NEW in Debian[0] and was reviewed on REVU[1] several
times.  This didn't make it in before import freeze because I had some
concerns with the application, due to me having the hardware and some TV
channels to test it with.  All were promptly fixed by the maintainer and
I think that the code should be tested in Ubuntu too ASAP.  Thanks.
