[Bug 176615] sync digikam 0.9.3~rc1-1 from debian/experimental

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: digikam

Please sync digikam 0.9.3~rc1-1 from debian/experimental. 0.9.3 is
expected to be released by the end of year and is currently the targeted
release for Hardy.

We can drop all Ubuntu changes, which were the following:
- debian/control: don't depend on libgphoto2-2-dev
  also dropped in debian (as kdelibs have fixed the root cause)
- debian/patches/kubuntu_01_fix_fr_translation_servicemenus.patch
  not needed anymore, included in upstream package, 
- debian/patches/kde_rXXXXXX*.patch (KDE SVN patches)
  not needed anymore, included in upstream package

Therefore, all Ubuntu changes can be dropped.
