Please sync phpix 2.0.2-7  (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Replace php4 dependencies with php5 ones.
=> Included in the Debian package
Replace the apache (1.3) dependencies with a depends on apache2
=> apache2 got added as an alternative

phpix (2.0.2-7) unstable; urgency=low
	
  * Fixed register_globals=off incompatibility.(closes: #278108)
  * Fixed apache2 dependency. (closes: #438903)
