This bug remains unresolved because the cecilia 2.0.5-2ubuntu2 binary
package is arch: all, which makes it resistant to being removed from the
archive.  However, looking at the contents of the cecilia package it's
clear that there are no architecture-specific files contained within,
just files under /usr/share and an arch-independent wish script in
/usr/bin.  It's traditional in such circumstances to leave the package
as Architecture: all anyway and leave the dependency unsatisfied on
archs where it's not supported, perhaps that would be appropriate here?
