mythstream changelog

You uploaded mythstream apparently based on work by Andrew Pollock, but
there are no changelog entries from him. Did you delete them? If so,
please reinstate them on the next upload; we should never be deleting
changelog entries made by other people.

I've accepted it anyway, but please do fix this at the first
opportunity.
