Are you sure that this is the current state of affairs? It doesn't
seem to be visible to me using apt-cache policy (I can see other
feisty-backports packages). Grepping Packages.gz for main and universe
from archive.ubuntu.com in the feisty-backports directory shows no
emacs22. It is also not listed at packages.ubuntu.com.
