Binary package hint: libapache-mod-auth-pgsql

Please remove libapache-mod-auth-pgsql from gutsy.
The corresponding Debian bug is  #436001
  RM: libapache-mod-auth-pgsql -- RoM; apache 1.x only

libapache-mod-auth-pgsql has no rdepends and is currently uninstallable
as apache got already removed.
