No, this should definitely be removed.

It's been broken for ages, and no one seems to have been able to come up
with a suitable config file (which would fix it) in 3 releases.

(i'm one of the people who has uploaded it a few times, and have had my
eye on this)

Of course, if someone actually comes up with a config file, then we can
add it back - but if there's not been one in 3 releases, and there's a
new application now anyway, chances of this are very low.
