Rejecting ebox-openvpn

Hi Soren,

I rejected ebox-openvpn since it does nasty things in the postinst, in
particular:

  update-rc.d -f quagga remove

This

  (1) destroys user configuration,
  (2) doesn't even restore the symlinks again on removal,
  (3) won't even help, since the next install/upgrade of quagga will create them again
