Please create ubuntu_archive user/sudoer on ronne

Hello admins,

the apport crash retracer bots on ronne (and davis) currently run as
user 'pitti'. However, since we do not have multiuser screen, this
means that noone else can look after the retracers while I'm on vac.

Therefore I'd like to move them over to ubuntu_archive (Seb agreed to
care for the retracers, and archive team is adequate, I think).

Can you please create the ubuntu_archive user on ronne and allow the
ubuntu_archive group members to sudo to it, similar to rookery?
