Please sync lyx (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Issues with --enable-assertions have been fixed in the 1.4.3-3 Debian package.

Changelog since current gutsy version 1.4.3-2ubuntu1:

lyx (1.4.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

  [ Per Olofsson ]
  * Include the quilt package's quilt.make instead of running quilt on our
    own. Simplifies debian/rules.
  * Don't depend on tetex anymore since it's obsolete.
  * Depend on latex-xft-fonts instead of only recommending it.

  * Adding a Conflicts: latex-beamer (<=3.06.dfsg.1-0.1) for lyx-common since

  * Remove X[SB]-Python-Version: from debian/control.

lyx (1.4.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Adding patch 06.insetassertions (r16831 from upstream svn)
    This is a fix for assertions reported by several people.
    Closes: #411043
