Please sync ifeffit 1:1.3.0-4 from Debian Sid (contrib). It's needed as
a dependency for some other new packages, and contrib/non-free seem to
not be picked up automatically. It builds fine.

  * Added ifeffit dependency to perl-ifeffit (stupid oversight!)
