Please sync toilet (0.1-2) from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu package has no changes.

The package builds cleanly in a feisty pbuilder.

   * debian/control:
     + Changed conflict to figlet (<= 2.2.1-4) so that toilet and figlet can
       be installed together in Etch.
     + Added Vcs fields.
   * debian/rules:
     + Fix a crash in filter.c triggered eg. by "echo | toilet -F rotate".
