Ok to override Ubuntu changes. The following Ubuntu changes are subsumed
in Debian's version 1.0.15-1:

rubrica (1.0.14-1ubuntu1) dapper; urgency=low

  * Resynchronise with Debian:
    - debian/control: Depend on python2.4-libxslt1.

   * Updated for new python policy (Closes: #380866)

     - Build-Depends on python-all-dev, python-central (>= 0.5)
     - updated Standards-Version to 3.7.2
     - use XS-Python-Version and XB-Python-Version
   * debian/patches/01_relibtoolise.patch:
     - updated
   * debian/rules:
    - call dh_pycentral
