[Bug 59516] Removal request

Public bug reported:

gnetswitch is unmaintained, unstable, and now of any use since networkmanager is in.
Upstream confirmed me that this was a dead application, an since it'll never have a stable release, it would be nice to nuke it from ubuntu.
