[Bug 58574] Please remove ksetispy from the archive

Please remove ksetispy from the archive

The SETI at home Classic project has ended in December 2005 
(http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/classic.php) which makes KSetiSpy obsolete. 
It's not useful to keep this old and unmaintained package (both upstream and 
Debian packaging) around, so please remove ksetispy from the edgy archive.

Probably all other packages that only work with SETI at home Classic and the 
setiathome package itself should be removed too.
