The one Ubuntu change can be dropped, as an equivalent patch was merged
upstream

libselinux (1.30-1ubuntu1) edgy; urgency=low

  * Stop including asm/page.h and use sysconf(_SC_PAGESIZE) in place of
    the PAGE_SIZE constant, fixing the FTBFS on powerpc and ia64.

In 1.30.19-1:
   * Merged patch to eliminate use of PAGE_SIZE constant from Dan Walsh.
In 1.30.20-1:
   * Bug fix: "libselinux: FTBFS on powerpc (refers to PAGE_SIZE not
    supplied by ppc kernel-headers)", thanks to Devin Carraway.  This was
    fixed in the point release.                        (Closes: #381666).
