[Bug 65973] Re: Please sync rus-ispell (main) from unstable (main)

rus-ispell packages since the one currently in Edgy fix three issues:

* Transition to install-time generated aspell hash.
* Missing symbolic links that prevent correct operation of the aspell wordlist.
* Build cleanups.

It would therefore be highly desirable to get this into Edgy.
