Rejecting apt from dapper-proposed

I'm rejecting apt from dapper-proposed, because it now needs to follow
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates. (I know it was uploaded
before that was put in place, but I can't help that now.)

Also, as I said on IRC, how does this upload (apt 0.6.43.3ubuntu3)
relate to this changelog entry in edgy's apt, which was apparently never
itself uploaded to dapper?

apt (0.6.43.3ubuntu3) dapper; urgency=low

  * methods/http.cc:
    - fix the user-agent string
