pilot-manager (1.107.0pre108-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * Switch to using newer version of debhelper (v5).
  * Override the debhelper "feature" of stripping execute permission from
    PilotMgr.pm, which is our primary executable (closes: #381716).
  * Fixed typo in man page (closes: #202618).
