I would like to have an UVF exception for this because of it fixing the
installation dependencies of dvdrip (this and some other UVF exceptions
fix bug 63767). Furthermore the package is already in Debian Multimedia
so that this is not a high risk.

http://debian-multimedia.org/pool/main/a/anyevent/ contains the .dsc,
diff, and orig.tar.gz. I will also attach a pbuilder log (it compiles in
Ubuntu well).
