[Bug 64050] Remove pike-crypto-build from archive

Public bug reported:

This package has been removed from Debian unstable and is uninstallable
on edgy. It is unmaintained & would need updated for the recent versions
of pike (being solely a shell script to build an ssl-enabled pike)
