The attached patch to cron.germinate lets it take advantage of the new
architecture-specific extra overrides facility in apt-ftparchive to
generate per-architecture Task fields. It mustn't land until after the
new apt-ftparchive is deployed on drescher, but we'd like it to be
deployed as soon as possible after that point.

drescher:~cjwatson/germinate-test/ contains the results of a test run
with this version of cron.germinate.

I've marked this bug private since it includes a Launchpad patch. If
this was incorrect, feel free to mark it public again.
