This requires an apt-utils update on drescher in order to be able to use
architecture-specific extra overrides; I'm then happy to provide a
cron.germinate patch to make use of this.

Note that we need this to land ASAP in order to fix the Task overrides
in time for edgy, which is relatively important now that we're building
the live CD using tasks.
