[Bug 73442] Please remove zeroconf from archive

According to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ZeroConfNetworking, the package
'zeroconf' is incompatible with avahi-autoipd and obsolete. To avoid
confusion, the package should be removed from feisty entirely and be put
on the blacklist.

'checkrdepends zeroconf feisty' is empty.
