Ubuntu changes in 0.15-2ubuntu1:

* debian/ygraph.desktop and debian/rules:
  - Add desktop file.
  - Already included in new Debian release.

* Makefile, config.h, config.log, config.status, stamp-h1, po/stamp-po:
  - Some cruft due to incomplete clean during the last Ubuntu upload.
  - The last Ubuntu uploader, bddebian, reviewed these changes and acknowledge they are junk and should be removed.

So all Ubuntu changes either shouldn't be there in the first place, or
are already merged back to Debian.  Therefore a sync is appropriate.
