The two Ubuntu changes are:
  * debian/patches/xfs.diff: Use Andreas Jochens's patch in Debian #374633 to fix FTBFS on amd64. - This has been applied in -16
  * Switch debian/partimaged-passwd to /bin/bash, it uses bash only features, like read -s. - This has been applied in -17
