Rejecting willowng

I've rejected willowng from the Ubuntu NEW queue because:

  * it uses DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_DEBIAN_CONTROL which has bad effects; see
    http://ftp-master.debian.org/REJECT-FAQ.html

  * it doesn't appear to follow the new Python policy; see
    http://people.debian.org/~piman/python-policy/ and
    http://wiki.debian.org/DebianPython/NewPolicy

You should also follow the new policy for when to stop daemons
(https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-devel-announce/2006-July/000165.html).

Please correct these and resubmit; we'll be happy to look over it again
then.
