the previous ubuntu version was not based on debian although there was 0.3.1-1 available since 8 Aug 2005. There's nothing special in the ubuntu version, only compat which is 5 when in debian it is 4. -- Please sync xfce4-xmms-plugin (universe) from unstable (main) https://launchpad.net/bugs/76702
