[Bug 76700] Please sync pyspi (main) from Debian unstable

pyspi (0.6.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
    + Upload to Debian (Closes: #399325)
  * Use python-support, and as it is handled by CDBS, we don't need any hack
    in debian/rules file.

The Debian package used the current Ubuntu package and went from there,
so the "Ubuntu package can be dropped".
