Binary package hint: php-imlib

Hello,

Please sync php-imlib 0.6-1 from Debian unstable.  Component: main.  I
don't see any reason to keep the Ubuntu changes and deviate from Debian.
config.m4 issue resovling X path is fixed and adding build-deps for
automake/autoconf I don't think makes sense.

 php-imlib  (0.6-1) unstable; urgency=high

   * New upstream release
     - remove Microsoft Arial in favor of Vera Sans for the examples.
       Closes: #393660.
   * High-urgency upload for RC bugfix.
   * Add Swedish translation, thanks to Daniel Nylander
     (closes: #330758).
